Thorough assessment of the patient's risk profile to identify and manage modifiable risk factors for peri-implant diseases (R5.1). Screen for: history of periodontitis, smoking status, diabetes / glycemic control, oral hygiene, maintenance adherence, prosthesis design (OH access).
