End points: residual probing depths ≤5 mm with no BOP at more than one point and no suppuration. Evaluate 6–12 weeks after therapy. If not achieved, consider additional treatment.
1 Re-assessment at 6–12 weeks
Probing depth re-assessment at every site. BOP at each site. Suppuration check. Radiographic comparison to baseline. End points (R7.3): PD ≤5 mm, no BOP at >1 point, no suppuration.
